Lacey Tweedt
Owner
Lacey Tweedt embarked on her childcare journey in 1992 as a teacher. Driven by her growing passion, she enrolled in college in 1999, aspiring to one day open her own preschool.

After earning 15 accredited ECE units from Sierra College and Shasta College, Lacey began her childcare business in her home garage. Due to continuous demand from Tehama County parents seeking dedicated and enthusiastic early care, Lacey's Little Learners Preschool has flourished in Red Bluff, California for years. In 2023, she expanded her vision by launching Little University of Chico Preschool, continuing her commitment to providing quality early care for children in Butte County.
Amber Galvez
Director
Amber Galvez began her journey childcare field in the childcare field in 2009, working with Lacey Tweedt as "Miss Amber". Inspired by Lacey and deeply committed to childcare, Amber pursued her education to become a preschool teacher and director.
Due to her outstanding performance and educational achievements, Amber was promoted to the title of Director in 2017. In this role, she oversees organizational growth and provides leadership and guidance to ensure the continued succcess of Lacey's Little Learners.
